    Lady and the Tramp was originally released in the year 1955.

    Before animating the fight between Tramp and the rat, Lady and the Tramp animator, Wolfgang Reitherman kept rats in a cage next to his desk to study how they move!

     “Lady” in the movie is a cocker spaniel, while “Tramp” is a schnauzer-mix stray dog.

    Since the movie is told through the eyes of a dog, the faces of the characters Darling and Jim Dear are rarely seen.
