Abby, a teenager who can’t wait to grow up, has been planning her 16th birthday for the longest time. When her big day finally arrives, she adds her 16th and final wish to the secret wish list she’s been keeping. Soon after, strange things start happening and Abby is visited by an unusual woman, Celeste, who delivers her a mysterious box of 16 birthday candles. Abby quickly realizes that the candles correspond to her 16 wishes and that they’re all coming true! All of a sudden she starts getting the attention of her crush, gets back at her lifelong enemy and becomes super fashionable, athletic and popular! Unfortunately, one of the wishes doesn’t come through and it changes everything including her relationship with best friend Jay making her realize that being a kid isn’t so bad after all.
